Descrição:
Este primeiro Congresso
Internacional tem como objetivo analisar os diferentes componentes da situação
atual, bem como projetar ações e melhoria com respeito ao papel que as
universidades latino-americanas e caribenhas devem desempenhar desde uma tripla
perspectiva: analítico, crítico e construtivo.
O I Congresso Internacional de Jovens Investigadores convida todas as áreas do conhecimento (Ciências Sociais e Humanas, Ciências da Saúde e Ciências Experimentais) a abordar os principais componentes desde a sua visão disciplinar. Os trabalhos inscritos deverão enquadrar-se única e exclusivamente sob o gênero ensaio científico, devendo ser atribuídos a um dos eixos temáticos listados a seguir:
Eixos temáticos:
1. Qualidade e
hospitalidade nas universidades latino-americanas e caribenhas: compromisso ou
marketing.
2. Universidades
latino-americanas e caribenhas em tempos de pandemia: período de fracasso ou
reestruturação.
3. Universidade e
sociedade: relação ou desencontro.
4. Universidade e
pesquisa: contribuições, irrelevância e mercantilização científica.
5. Universidade e
cultura: fato ou ficção.
6. Universitários e
estudantes (vestibular, cotas e sistema de bolsas): café para todos, essência
para ninguém.
7. A universidade, o
mercado de trabalho e o modelo econômico: bloco de contenção à incorporação no
mercado de trabalho e formação de mão de obra especializada.
8. Ideologia, crítica, liberdade de expressão, centralismo e autonomia nas universidades latino-americanas e caribenhas: entre a doutrinação, a passividade e o pensamento livre.

Mestres que tenham obtido a sua titulação nos últimos três anos;
· Doutorandos.

Formato das aportações
admitidas:
· Ensaio científico, que deve ter a seguinte estrutura: 1) Introdução, 2) Desenvolvimento, 3) Conclusões e 4) Referências
Modalidade das exposições:
A modalidade de apresentação será aberta (tradicional ou inovadora) e deverá ser adequada ao tempo estabelecido.
Normas:
• A inscrição como palestrante ou como ouvinte
do Congresso será totalmente gratuita.
• Será entregue certificado de participação de 40 horas (a partir do 75% de assistência) aos palestrantes.
• O título do ensaio não pode exceder 15
palavras.
• O resumo geral do ensaio para avaliação deve
conter de 600 a 800 palavras e seguir a estrutura indicada acima, além dos
nomes e sobrenomes dos autores, e-mail e afiliação instutucional.
• Os ensaios devem ser atribuídos
obrigatoriamente a um dos eixos temáticos propostos nas Bases desta
convocatória.
• O ensaio será assinado por um único autor e
somente poderá participar um autor por ensaio.
• O ensaio final deve conter entre 3.000 a 4.000
palavras.
• O formato do arquivo enviado deve ser
exclusivamente em Word com as seguintes características:
- Tamanho A5
(14,8 x 21 cm.) Orientação vertical. Margens: Superior 2 cm., Inferior 1 cm.,
Direita 2 cm. e esquerdo 2 cm.
- Fonte do
título Calibri 14, negrito, centralizado, recuo de 2 pontos e espaçamento
simples.
- Nomes, sobrenomes, afiliação e e-mail em
calibri 11, sem retrocesso e espaçamento simples.
- Tipo de
letra do texto: calibri 12 pontos, justificado, sem recuo nem tabulação no
início do parágrafo, espaçamento posterior de 3 pontos e espaçamento ente
linhas simples.
- Tipo de letra das epígrafes: calibri 12
pontos, letra maiúscula, negrito, centralizado, espaçamento posterior de 3
pontos e espaçamento entre linhas simples.
- Tipo de
letra das referências: calibri 10 pontos, texto justificado, recuo francês
(0,5), sem espaçamento e espaçamento simples.
- O número de Tabelas, gráficos ou imagens
está limitado a três na sua totalidade e devem ser inseridos no mesmo documento
Word.
- A formatação das referências é
livre, embora deva obedecer às normas cientificamente reconhecidas em vigor em
cada área do conhecimento.
· A
apresentação terá duração de 10 minutos.
· Os
palestrantes participarão posteriormente de uma discussão com a duração máxima
de 20 minutos e serão agrupados por áreas temáticas entre os diferentes
painelistas.
· Os ensaios selecionados, após serem
submetidos ao processo duplo cego de revisão por pares, serão publicados pelo
Centro Editorial de Estudos Sociais da América Latina na modalidade de capítulo
de livro no final de 2021.
· Idioma: Sem restrição de idioma.

• O resumo do ensaio deverá ser enviado até 30 de junho de 2021 e sua

Description:
This First International Congress has as its
main objective to analyze the different components of the current situation as
well as to project lines of action and improvement concerning the near future
of the role that Latin American and Caribbean universities should play from a
triple perspective: analytical, critical and constructive.
The First International Congress of Young Researchers invites all areas of knowledge (Social Sciences and Humanities, Health Sciences, and Experimental Sciences) to approach the main components from their disciplinary vision. The submitted works must be framed solely and exclusively under the scientific essay genre, they must be ascribed to one of the thematic axes that are listed below:
Thematic axes:
- Quality and
warmth in Latin American and Caribbean universities: commitment or
marketing.
- Latin American
and Caribbean universities in times of pandemic: a period of failure or
restructuring.
- University and
society: relationship or disagreement.
- University and
research: contributions, irrelevance, and scientific commercialization.
- University and
culture: reality or fiction.
- University and
university students (entrance exam, quotas, and scholarship system):
coffee for everyone, essence for nobody.
- The university,
labor market, and the economic model: block of containment to the labor
incorporation and training of the specialized workforce.
- Ideology, criticism, freedom of expression, centralism, and autonomy in Latin American and Caribbean universities: between indoctrination, passivity, and free thought.

● Graduates and master's degrees who have obtained their degree in the last three years and Ph.D. candidates.

of contributions:
● Scientific essay, which must contain the following structure: 1) Introduction, 2) Development, 3) Conclusions and 4) Bibliographic references.
Modality of the exhibitions:
The modality of the presentation will be open (traditional or innovative) and must be adjusted to the established time.
Norms:
●
The registration as a
speaker to this Congress will be free.
● Certificate of
attendance will be delivered for 40 hours (with 75% attendance hours) and
certificate to the speakers.
●
The title of the essay
may not exceed 15 words.
● The general summary of
the essay for evaluation must contain between 600 to 800 words and must contain
the structure indicated above, in addition to the author's names and surnames,
email, and affiliation.
●
Essays must
necessarily be assigned to one of the thematic axes.
● The essay will only be
signed by a single author and it will only be possible to participate with a
single essay per author.
●
The final essay must
contain between 3000 and 4000 words.
● The format of the submitted file must be exclusively in Word Document under the following characteristics:
- A5 size (14.8 x 21
cm.) Orientation: portrait. Margins: Top 2 cm., Bottom 1 cm., Right 2 cm. and
left 2 cm.
- Calibri 14 title font,
bold, centered, 2 points backspacing, and single line spacing. First names,
surnames, affiliation, and email in Calibri 11, no backspacing and single line
spacing.
- Text typeface: Calibri
12 points, justified text, without indentation, or tab at the beginning of the
paragraph, 3 points backspacing, and single line spacing.
- Heading typeface:
Calibri 12 points, capital letter, bold, centered, 3 points backspacing, and
single line spacing.
- Font type of bibliographic references: Calibri 10 points, justified text, French indentation (0.5), without spacing, and single line spacing.

The number of tables,
graphs, or images is limited to three in their entirety and inserted in the
same Word document.
● The citation system is
free, although it must comply with the scientifically recognized regulations in
each area of knowledge.
● The presentation will last 10 minutes.
· Exhibitors will then participate in a conversation with a maximum duration of 20 minutes and will be grouped by thematic areas between the different panelists.
· The selected essays, after being submitted to the arbitration process of blind peers, will be published by the Editorial Center for Social Studies of Latin America under the form of a book chapter at the end of 2021.
·
The essay's summary for acceptance must be sent until
June 30, 2021 and its resolution will be communicated seven (7) days after
receipt.
·
Full essay’s delivery will be forwarded until 10
October 2021.

Ce 1er Congrès
international a pour objectif principal d'analyser les différentes composantes
de la situation actuelle, ainsi que de projeter des pistes d'action et
d'amélioration par rapport à l'avenir proche du rôle que les universités
d'Amérique Latine et des Caraïbes devraient jouer dans une triple perspective:
analytique, critique et constructive.
Le 1er Congrès
International des Jeunes Chercheurs vise tous les domaines de la connaissance (sciences
sociales et humaines, sciences de la santé et sciences expérimentales) et
invite à aborder les principales composantes à partir de leur propre vision
disciplinaire. Les œuvres soumises doivent être encadrées uniquement et
exclusivement sous le genre de l'essai scientifique, elles doivent être
attribuées à l'un des axes thématiques énumérés ci-dessous:

le marché du travail et le modèle économique: bloc pour contenir l’intégration
de la main-d'œuvre et formation d'une main-d'œuvre spécialisée.
8. Idéologie, critique, liberté d'expression, centralisme et autonomie dans les universités d’Amérique Latine et des Caraïbes: entre endoctrinement, passivité et libre pensée.

Ø Étudiants universitaires de
premier cycle
Ø Diplômés (licence et
master) ayant obtenu leur diplôme au cours des trois dernières années ; et
candidats au doctorat.

Ø La durée de l’exposé sera de 10 minutes.
Ø Les exposants participeront ultérieurement à une discussion d'une durée maximum de 20 minutes, et ils seront regroupés autour des différents thèmes parmi les autres panélistes.
Ø Les essais sélectionnés, après évaluation des pairs lecteurs mode simple aveugleu, seront publiés par la Maison d’édition Centre d'Études Sociales de l'Amérique latine (CES-AL) sous la modalité de chapitre de livre, d'ici la fin de 2021.

Ø Le résumé de l'essai pour son acceptation devra être soumis avant le 30 juin 2021 et la decision sera communiquée sept (7) jours après sa réception.
